We dealt with several people in the office and everyone was highly knowledgeable and professional the entire purchase and closing process went very smoothly. We were provided with helpful contact information regarding home inspection insurance survey title company and utilities connection which saved us a considerable amount of time.I wish to personally recognize Sally Sims who expertly coordinated the administrative process and Tyler Hudzik our realtor. This purchase culminated a 2 year time frame making an initial trip to Greenville in 2018 establishing a relationship with Tyler and getting familar with the local market and desirable neighborhoods even though we were not yet ready to buy. Tyler maintained ongoing communication with us and was a valuable asset start to finish upon our retirement in February and home purchase shortly thereafter. He guided us on what to do with our house that had not moved in six months. Said if we followed his lead the house would sell within the month. Three weeks after being on the market we had an offer for our asking price. A smooth closing followed. Thank you John!
